To assist in completing health and safety records, 1st Option provides various template forms which are clear, helpful and ready to use. Examples offered include Risk Assessment and Accident Report Forms.
1st Option also provides comprehensive checklists that cover a wide range of subjects including locations, office, studio and high risk environments/activities. These are ideal for an initial check or on-going self monitoring during all stages of the production process.
We offer a risk assessment form for general production, which is free to download, and all companies and productions are welcome to use it.
